What to expect

The 10:30 service runs a bit over an hour. We sit in the pews for much of the service, and then gather in a circle around God’s table for Holy Communion. Our service is led by our ordained ministers, the Rev. Dr. Ted Cole Jr., the Rev. Dorie Goehring and the Rev. Dawn Tesorero, our Music Director Harrison Lee, and by our wonderful worship team of altar ministers, readers and singers.

Children and Youth

Children and youth can attend Sunday School during the service or remain with their families in the sanctuary. Check out our ministries for children and youth for more information.

Getting Here

St. John’s is a 5 minute walk from the Green Street T stop on the Orange Line or the 42 Bus . We are also a 5 minute walk from Centre Street — hop off the 39 or 41 Bus at Centre St @ Seaverns Ave, or get off the 38 Bus at South St @ Bardwell St.

If you are driving, there is free street parking on Sundays on Roanoke Ave., Revere St., and in the surrounding neighborhood.
